Nancy Pavuk, MSN, ACNP-C
Founder & Nurse Practitioner
Nancy Pavuk is the founder of Leesom Healthcare Consulting. With more than 40 years in healthcare, most of them as a registered nurse and as a licensed Nurse Practitioner since 2020, she brings clinical knowledge, compassion, and perspective to helping individuals and families navigate complex medical conditions.
For the past 25 years, she has cared for patients facing serious, life-limiting illnesses and supported the families who walk alongside them. She knows well the chronic conditions that often come with aging, and the challenges of complex diagnoses, multiple health conditions, and difficult healthcare decisions.
Nancy believes that understanding your health is the foundation for informed decisions, yet today's healthcare system can be overwhelming. Through Leesom Healthcare Consulting, she helps patients and families understand their medical conditions, clarify what their healthcare team has shared, and feel confident in their plan of care. By translating complex medical information into clear language, she helps people ask informed questions, explore next steps, and make decisions that reflect their needs, values, and goals.
At Leesom Healthcare Consulting, the goal is simple: to replace confusion with clarity, uncertainty with understanding, and overwhelm with the knowledge and confidence to move forward.
